The HR Generalist will be a pivotal member of our team, overseeing a wide range of HR functions to support our continued growth and uphold our status as a premier dental lab. This role will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance, ensuring a productive and harmonious work environment for our team of 60 employees.

Essential duties & responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming introduction for new employees.
• Manage employee relations, acting as a point of contact for employee concerns and fostering a supportive atmosphere.
• Administer benefits, including health insurance, dental benefits, and retirement plans, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
• Oversee performance management, including goal setting, appraisals, and development planning.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and programs that align with the company’s values and objectives.
• Support organizational development and planning for future staffing needs.

Qualifications:

• Degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Empathetic and results-driven approach to HR management.
• Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
